From where and how we started?
Back in 2018, we start as a freelancer working in the IT Services and Technology domain. Forced by our clients, growing to be a group of freelancers.
Then to solely owned business. With a focus on improving the IT Services experience for the client as well as the people working in IT. Where we started giving clients a pain-free experience, where they never have to worry about the basic things Skills of the dev, communication skills, availability or the cost, etc. Helped the IT professional by enabling them to earn more, more securely. Also allowing them to excel in their overall growth in the way they need.
Along with reimagining the IT services into the New IT, we started working on similar ideas in different fields like Share Market, Family safety, and security.
Eventually in 2022 TCI comes into existence with the Vision to work on all sustainable initiatives, the very first being IT Services. Along with others like Share Expert, Netra, etc.

Imagine a world, wherever whatever anyone can think will come true. As in having a genie of your own. This can be as wild as it sounds, so let’s rephrase it. It is like having a genie that will honor your wish which is good for the entire world. This is what TCI has been doing, is doing, and will do. Let’s dive into more about TriColor Initiative.
TCI works on sustainable ideas to turn them into sustainable products. Staying true to the core values.
Working environment:
TCI works on the hybrid model. Employees can work from home, the office, and anywhere they want.
Technical employees work remotely and often visit the office once in a quarter for two weeks to interact with the team members they are working with, and non-technical such as sales, hiring, and operations teams, work on hybrid models. Non–technical teams need to visit the office only on a requirement basis to interact with the team and to become proficient in the work.
Fresher joining
When a fresher joins the TCI, they get a warm welcome from the whole management team with goodies. They get the chance to learn new things regarding their profile and are able to enhance their skills like communication skills, and knowledge regarding the workflow of the organization transparently only on the company’s expenditure. Everyone cooperates in their work and helps to excel the new candidate. TCI believes that coming together is the beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success. TriColor Initiative works consistently for the growth and success of the candidate.
Freshers don’t require to sign any kind of agreement like bond period or bond amount. TriColor Initiative doesn’t impose any kind of bond on employees, as we know they are gonna love it here and stay here. TCI believes in the growth of individuals and respects the individual model.
Opportunities
There are a lot of opportunities that employees get at TriColor Initiative such as freelancing, part-time, and being able to do their own projects alongside TCI’s projects. When a candidate joins the TriColor Initiative, there is no restriction on any employee in terms of whether he wants to do other jobs as well. The candidate is not only limited to one project. TCI believes that working on multiple projects at the same time enhances the skills of employees like communication skills, and technical skills. TriColor Initiative helps individuals to excel in their overall growth having sync with the core values of the organization.
Team interactions.
The non-technical employees get a chance to interact with technical ones in the hiring process. Non–tech employees get the idea, of what skill they need to upgrade if they want to switch their profile from non–tech to technical, and those who don’t want to switch, become so familiar with the process that they are able to proceed to the technical interview without the tech support.
Moreover, there is a meet-up program also, where technicals are invited to the office once a quarter to get interact with the operations and sales team also along with the team they are working with. This meet-up program helps them to know each other and make a good bond between them.
Career switching
A candidate of the non-technical team is also able to learn technology. For this, TCI helps the employees in their learning process. In TCI, you are free to choose a technical career by allowing you a specific time period to learn new things and get certifications. Helps you if needed anything to switch your path from non-technical to technical.
Team activities
Apart from work, employees get a chance to interact with each other outside the office also. There are a lot of activities, employees get a chance to do with the team, like trekking, touring, walking challenges, and many more, moreover, all these activities are organized by TriColor Initiative. Some team tasks are also there like solving puzzles and cracking Escape rooms to enhance analytical and smart thinking capabilities. Through these activities, employees interact with each other and make their bond strong, which helps them to understand each other and can do any work through crystal-clear communication.
