Salesforce has mainly three types of Community cloud licenses, which are as follows:-

  1. Customer Community License: When compared, then it is best suited for thousands and millions of users in the community.
  2. Customer Community Plus License: It is an updated version of the Customer Community License. We can use it for both B2B and B2C uses. It provides updated and very advanced sharing options and also gives access to reports and dashboards.
  3. Partner Community License: It is the highest license tier that gives access to different objects in Salesforce i.e. Campaign, Leads, Opportunities, etc. We mainly use it as Partner Relationship Management for resellers and other sites for dealers.
