RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUAL

Respect means to admire someone for their qualities, abilities, and capabilities and treat all individuals equally. Individual includes all the creatures on the earth. Respect for individuals means applauding every living being for their qualities and individuality.

We as an organization, promote growth for our colleagues and partners, and we strive to maintain authenticity every day. At our company, authenticity means being yourself at work and respecting the individuals who help our partners achieve their goals.

People’s Individuality

Every person is different. No two individuals are alike. It is the responsibility of everybody to acknowledge, encourage, and empower others to be themselves. To dive deeper into what it means, we’ve broken it down into three sections, taken directly from the value itself. These are Encourage, Empower, and Acknowledge. They applied to all workplaces.

Encourage

At some point in life, we all may need a little push to wake up, a little spark to brighten up our lives, or maybe a little word of encouragement from the people around us. It is normal to feel sad or discouraged in life, but let me tell you, if the right word is said to the right person at the right time, it can change their life in an effective way. Words are powerful. It can bring you down and crush your soul; it can also uplift your whole well-being and give you hope in life. 

  •  Right words are even more powerful.
  •  Right words not only can encourage you, but they also can give you that little boost that you need in times of despair.

Empower

To empower somebody, first verify that what they want or they are able to do it, and have the authority needed to ensure the completion of your requested task. Information also plays a very important role in fulfilling any task. When someone is empowered with a certain responsibility or task, they need full access to the subject. They must also be prepared for any possible consequence and respond in a timely and effective manner. 

  • To ensure they have a full understanding of the task at hand, communication must be maintained an open line of communication with said person and making sure that any possible questions they have answered to their satisfaction are essential. 
  • Communication is a key factor in maintaining empowered persons successful in the organization.

Acknowledge 

Acknowledgment is the one thing that all individuals crave. It differentiates between a good thing and a bad thing. Also, it can be good when people can acknowledge the differences in your religion or the person’s ethnicity. It can also be bad when you are pointing out differences in their appearance i.e skin color, and facial features. We can also talk about how it is important to know the differences in human beings because it will help other human beings to acknowledge and become informed of the differences. And it will give them a different point of view on their backgrounds and want to become better friends with them or enable them to learn even more about them, and maybe find similarities in their differences.

  • In the end, we see that it will not a victory of white over black or white over black, but rather it was black and white lying down side by side as equals.

Our Views

  • To us, respect for the individual doesn’t mean just smiling and being polite. But it also means that every person is of equal value and has equal rights and duties.
  • Every individual should respect other person’s choices, religion, and values, empower them, encourage them and most importantly respect them.
  • Respect comes from the heart that’s why it is powerful.
