What is mind shaping? 

Mind Shaping is a process by which you can train your brain and get a strong mindset to do day-to-day tasks easily. The process contains some activities and exercises, that can help you to have a sharp mind. Mental sharpness helps you to do tasks with different approaches. There are different mind-shaping methods or exercises which would help to make the brain more active.

Why mind shaping is important for us? 

A sharp brain helps you to tackle problems with different approaches. Not only in education, to score good marks and memorize notes for the long term or understand things easily, but also helps you to concentrate and focus on any activity like sports, quick decision making, quick reflexes, and many more. The active brain helps you to observe the things around you with different thinking capabilities.

For example:

Sports: – It doesn’t matter which game you like the most, in every single game whether it is football, chess, cricket, darts, shooting, etc, you need to focus on the field. Many other things can distract you from the game, whether it is spectators’ comments or the score of your opponents, you need to focus on your game. When you lose your focus then there are more chances that you will get defeated easily.

Quick reflexes/response: – We know that the brain sends the single to the body, how to respond or react to a particular situation. By practicing mind-shaping activities, the bond between mind and body will get stronger and enhance your reflexes speed.

How can we shape our minds?

There are some activities/Exercises to train the brain to enhance mental sharpness, concentration, and focus to achieve our daily life goals which are quite easy to do and entertaining well. These are: –

1. Solving puzzles: – When you are trying to put numbers of pieces of image together to form a single image, during that process you figure out which piece of image could fit within the large image. This can be a good exercise to challenge your brain.

2. Play cards: – Playing cards can lead to greater brain volume in several parts of the brain. A game of cards could improve thinking skills.

3. Listen to music: – Listening to your favorite tunes helps boost your creative thinking and brain power. The brain can generate more innovative ideas compared to being in silence.

4. Teach skills to others: – When you teach a skill, that you learned and want to practice, to anyone, it requires explaining the concept. During the explanation, you come to know about its loops and mistakes that can put you in trouble.

5. Do the same thing with different approaches: – To improve the skills that you learned, try to do the same task with different approaches, it will help you to enhance your thinking capabilities. You will be able to do a job with the best tactics.   

6. Meditate: – Meditation helps you to reduce stress and anxiety, calm your body and slow your breathing. It boosts the power of the brain to find out different solutions to tackle a problem.

There are many other activities and exercises to boost memory, concentration, and focus. So you can do your daily life task quite quickly and easily.

These days, people with active minds rule the world. We should do such kinds of activities that train our brains and help us to get a strong mindset. Moreover, we can do any task with high concentration and be able to highly focused on our goals.

Technology plays a major role in today’s human life. It makes human life much better as we compare it with life in the 90s’ or before. Every technology has its pros and cons depending on how it is used. There are some pros and cons of technology on the human brain:-

Finding information: – People can find information about what they want to know easily with a single click and update their knowledge and correct themselves.

Educational values: – Education is a must for everyone, so you can play in any field of your interest. People can get their education degrees online. People can enhance their knowledge by going through the subject or topic and preparing themselves for any competitive exams.

Frees your mind: – When you have the freedom to don’t remember any kind of information that you can get at any time, then your mind is free and there is no burden on your mind to memorize things again and again. So, with less burden, you can learn new things and concepts easily.

There are other pros like social gatherings, conference calls, the exchange of data, and many more. 

Cons:

Can be Addictive: – When you are totally dependent on anything, you can be addicted to that. So, when only reliable to any kind of technology, and addicted to that, you can lose your short-term memory.

Inability to focus: – A small notification on your gadgets can distract you from your work. When you got addicted to any kind of social media, even the notifications from companies can distract you from your work, and the focus of your brain will get shifted to that ping sound from your work.

Health issue: – Watching the screen continuously of any gadget like cell phones and desktop monitors, can weaken your eyesight. It also affects your brain, when there is a fast change of screen colors, i.e transitions, to catch the exact color on the screen.

There are other cons like low concentration power, sleep cycle, unproductive, and many more.

So, choose the technology and get your work done, and don’t let the technology choose you.
