Auto-ID Creation

Whenever we do integration with Salesforce with a third party, it creates an ID automatically for every entity we create and import. Our business often faces a challenge when the records imported from eternal apps already contain IDs. It connects them with other records significantly. It implies to import records to Salesforce from an external platform will involve managing two sets of IDs.

In addition, if we describe the right access control in Salesforce, it will result in proper data migration. If we define relevant access to fields instead of giving access to all the fields while migrating data into Salesforce.
